Pre heat oven to 220c. Combine 2 cups of flour, yeast, sugar, salt. Add warmed water and oil and mix
Gradually add remaining flour until sticky dough ball is formed
Knead for around 5 mins on a floured surface. Add mout flour if necessary. Let dough rest covered for 10 mins
Divide dough in half. Put one half into the freezer
Roll dough to fit pan
Bake for 20 mins. Switch between top and bottom shelves half way through.
